sincethedinosaurs asked: In response to the two instances when Chris's dad pulls up his pant legs to expose his ankles, his father is not only showing his ankles near the end of the film when he is worried about Chris, but also in the beginning in the flashback of Chis's father's graduation. It's a split second of him showing his ankles during his graduation video, but I was wondering the same thing!

Anonymous asked: I think Christopher's dad holds his pants around like that is just to show a sense of worry, or being very scared. I think he also does that in the beginning of the film when they show him graduating. Hope that helps out! :)

otterknowbetter asked: I think in the movie when Chris's dad exposes his ankles, he's showing that he isn't wearing socks, like Chris used to do... :)

separated-moonlight-deactivated asked: You blog is awesome. I love the book and movie so much. I read the book so many times too. I remember a couple months back I stumbled on a website of a woman that took pictures of the bus that Christopher McCandless was in when she was in Alaska. I emailed her and she was wrote back telling me of her experience being there at the bu,s it was astounding. I hope I get the chance one day to go to...
